Live music isn’t polished.
It’s loud, emotional, imperfect, and fleeting—and that’s exactly why it deserves to be documented honestly.
I’m a Maryland-based concert and live music photographer focused on capturing the energy that happens between the beats: the sweat, the connection with the crowd, the split second when everything feels electric. I work with local musicians, venues, and touring bands, and I’m available to travel wherever the music leads.
Whether you’re playing a packed room, an intimate venue, or a multi-city tour stop, my goal is simple:
to create images that feel like the show felt.
You don’t need stiff promo shots that feel disconnected from your sound.
You need imagery that reflects who you are on stage.
My concert photography style is raw, documentary-driven, and true to color with a mix of b&w—built around movement, mood, and storytelling. I focus on:
-On-stage performance and crowd interaction
-Candid, in-the-moment details
-Emotion, grit, and atmosphere
-Visual storytelling that supports press, promotion, and branding
I photograph live shows the way fans experience them: close, immersive, and real.
Based in Maryland — Available Nationwide
I’m located in Maryland and regularly work throughout the DMV area, but I’m actively looking to connect with regional and national touring bands. Travel is always on the table, whether that’s a single show, a weekend run, or longer tours.
I’m building toward a career centered fully around concert photography—following a path inspired by photographers like Rob Fenn—and I’m intentional about collaborating with artists who care deeply about their live presence and visual identity.
If you’re growing, evolving, or leveling up your music career, I want to grow with you.
My Experience (and Where I’m Headed)
My current portfolio includes:
-Local and regional musicians
-Small venues and live shows
-Select concert coverage, including performances by Trapt
While most of these images are from earlier in my career (under my previous name of Imperfectly Perfect Photos), they represent the foundation of my approach: anticipating moments, reading the room, and capturing authenticity over perfection.
I’m actively expanding my live music work and welcome opportunities with:
-Touring bands
-Opening acts
-Venues and promoters
-Media teams and press outlets
Every show is a chance to push deeper, shoot closer, and tell the story better than the last.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
You can expect someone who:
-Respects the artist, the crowd, and the space
-Moves intuitively without disrupting the show
-Understands timing, lighting changes, and stage dynamics
-Delivers images that feel cinematic, not generic
I come prepared, adaptable, and locked in—whether I’m shooting from the pit, side stage, or the back of the room.
